This commercial roofing Dayton OH project demonstrates how a commercial roof can do more than protect a building—it can also become an important architectural feature. Working with Danis, TruCraft installed an Elevate® modified bitumen roofing system at the University of Dayton Health & Wellbeing Center, combining dependable performance with a rooftop design that enhances the overall appearance of the space.
Designed for long-term performance on low-slope commercial buildings, the modified bitumen roofing system was completed with an Elevate SkyDrain® drainage mat before being finished with a decorative stone surface featuring polished white stone, polished onyx black stone, and Mexican beach pebble. Together, these materials create a rooftop assembly that balances functionality with visual appeal.
