Eastgate Station Shopping Center Roof Replacement in Cincinnati

TruCraft completed a commercial roof replacement at Eastgate Station Shopping Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, installing a high-performance low-slope roofing system designed to protect this large retail property for years to come.

Serving as the roofing contractor on the project, our team replaced the existing system with a 71,000 square foot mechanically-fastened 60-mil Johns Manville (JM) TPO roofing system. This system was selected for its durability, energy efficiency, and ability to perform reliably on large commercial structures.

Retail and shopping center properties require roofing systems that can withstand constant exposure to the elements while protecting tenants, customers, and interior spaces. The mechanically-fastened TPO system provides strong wind resistance, flexible performance, and a cost-effective solution for large-scale commercial roof replacement projects.
